In Tel Aviv, Israel, a couple, Revital Yehud and Dvir Sharvit, were killed in a rocket barrage on the northern city Kiryat Shmona on October 10. The couple, who moved to the city two years ago, remained despite an evacuation order. Approximately 3,000 residents, out of the town's 24,000 population, continue to stay.
