Croatian President Zoran Milanovic won a second term with 74.58% of votes in Sunday's presidential election, according to preliminary results. Milanovic is from the opposition Social Democratic Party, and his main rival, Dragan Primorac of the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), won 25.42%. The turnout was 44.15%
