Croatia held its presidential election on Sunday with incumbent President Zoran Milanovic, the opposition Socialist Democrats' candidate, running for a second term. His main challenger is Dragan Primorac, backed by the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ). The election will proceed to a second round if no candidate receives a majority.
