💨 Abstract
The Czech Republic will continue coordinating an ammunition supply initiative for Ukraine but will no longer fund it directly. Prime Minister Andrej Babis, who criticized the program for lack of transparency, announced this decision after a meeting in Paris. The program, which involves foreign donors and Czech defense officials, aims to deliver artillery ammunition to Ukraine. Despite Babis' reservations, a senior NATO official expressed optimism about the program's continuation, expecting 1.8 million rounds by 2025.
