The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) announced it will end relief programs in six countries and cut 650 jobs due to reduced funding from the United States, its second-largest donor. President Donald Trump's cuts to foreign aid have led the DRC to warn of increased suffering and deaths among displaced populations. The U.S. previously provided 20% of the DRC's budget.
