A flash flood on July Fourth in central Texas Hill Country has resulted in at least 109 deaths, including many children. Kerr County, particularly the town of Kerrville, was the hardest hit, with 94 fatalities and 161 people still missing. Rescue efforts continue despite hazardous conditions.
