💨 Abstract
An explosion at a petrol station in Dagestan, Russia, has resulted in the death of 13 people, including two children, and injured 23 others. The incident occurred outside Makhachkala, the regional capital. Four people are still hospitalized, one in critical condition. The death toll may rise as the search operation continues. The local authorities have declared September 28 a day of mourning.
