In Kharkiv, Ukraine, a high-rise residential building was hit by a Russian-guided bomb on Wednesday, resulting in three deaths, including children aged 12 and 15. Thirty-six people were injured. Rescue operations were completed on Thursday. The city, which has been under Ukrainian control since the initial failed advance of Russian forces, has been a frequent target of Russian air attacks.
