💨 Abstract
Ecuadorean President Daniel Noboa has designated Planning Minister Sariha Moya as interim vice-president until Vice President Veronica Abad arrives in Turkey. The move is the latest escalation in a dispute between Noboa and Abad, who was suspended from her post in November over a travel order to Turkey. Abad, who has denied any wrongdoing, is also Ecuador's ambassador to Israel.
