💨 Abstract

Ecuador's President Daniel Noboa replaced Energy Minister Antonio Goncalves due to power cuts caused by drought affecting hydroelectric dams. Current Environment Minister Ines Manzano will serve as the interim minister, having held the role previously. Goncalves was only appointed in July. Power outages of up to 10 hours are currently affecting the country.
