Egypt has delivered a second large shipment of weaponry, including anti-aircraft guns and artillery, to Somalia, further escalating tensions between the countries and Ethiopia. The arms were sent following a joint security pact signed in August, as both nations share concerns about Ethiopia's actions, particularly its preliminary deal with Somaliland over a potential port.
