💨 Abstract
The European Union imposed sanctions on three pro-Russia activists, Elena Kolbasnikova, Max Schlund (also known as Rostislav Teslyuk), and Andrei Kharkovsky. These individuals, based in Germany, were involved in organizing pro-Kremlin rallies, destabilizing activities, and promoting violent acts against Ukrainian refugees. They are tied to the Russian government cultural agency Rossotrudnichestvo and a Cossack organization.
