Sri Lanka is holding its 10th presidential election on September 25, following the 2022 economic crisis that caused widespread food and fuel shortages. Incumbent President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Namal Rajapaksa of SLPP, Anura Kumara Dissanayake of JVP, and Sajith Premadasa of SJB are the main candidates.
