💨 Abstract
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved the return to flight of SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket following an investigation into a September 28 malfunction. The FAA had grounded the rocket after it fell outside the approved safety zone following a NASA astronaut mission. The FAA also closed investigations into previous malfunctions that occurred during Starlink missions in July and August.
