💨 Abstract
On May 14, the Kremlin announced the delegates for upcoming peace talks with Ukraine, including Vladimir Medinsky, who heads the delegation, Mikhail Galuzin, deputy foreign minister, Igor Kostyukov, director of Russian military intelligence (GRU), and Alexander Fomin, deputy defense minister. These individuals are experienced in diplomacy and military affairs and have previously been involved in negotiations related to Ukraine. Additional experts were also approved, all with backgrounds in international relations, military cooperation, and humanitarian policy.
