The crash of Jeju Air flight 7C2216 on Sunday is the deadliest air disaster in South Korea, surpassing the 1997 Korean Air Lines crash in Guam that killed over 200. This is the first fatal accident for Jeju Air, South Korea's largest budget airline, founded in 2005.
