đź’¨ Abstract
On Sunday, a ceasefire deal was implemented between Israel and Hamas. Israel agreed to release Palestinian prisoners in exchange for freeing hostages captured during Hamas's October 7, 2023 attack. The exact number and identity of the prisoners to be released remain uncertain due to unclear hostage numbers and fates. Hamas plans to release 90 prisoners, including 69 women and 21 teenage boys, on Sunday.
