The family of Shahnawaz Kunbhar, who died in police custody in Pakistan, has called for a transparent judicial inquiry following the burning of his body by extremists. The family lacks confidence in the current police investigation and wants a sitting judge from the Sindh High Court to supervise the inquiry. They claim CCTV footage of Kunbhar's arrest and related events have been destroyed to protect the police and others involved.
