💨 Abstract
A fire erupted on Wednesday at a chemical warehouse near Seville, Spain, releasing dark smoke. Emergency services received numerous calls starting around 1:20 p.m. Workers reported no injuries, but authorities advised residents of Alcala de Guadaira to stay indoors due to potential toxic smoke. Nearby warehouses were evacuated. The warehouse, owned by Plainsur, stores highly flammable compounds like ethylene and toluene.
