💨 Abstract
A fire occurred at a crude processing unit in Iraq's Rumaila oilfield on Friday, with fire crews working to control it. The fire started in an oil storage tank within the crude unit (DS5). Operations at the field have not been affected, and two local oil workers suffered minor burn injuries. The oilfield produces approximately 1.45 million barrels per day.
