💨 Abstract

France's intelligence chief, Nicolas Lerner, stated that recent American and Israeli air strikes have delayed Iran's nuclear program by several months. While a portion of Iran's highly-enriched uranium was destroyed, the location of the remaining stockpile is uncertain. Lerner emphasized the importance of the IAEA resuming its work to trace the uranium. He also noted that Iran might still possess the capability to pursue a clandestine nuclear program, highlighting France's commitment to a diplomatic resolution.
