💨 Abstract

G7 and allied foreign ministers expressed grave concern over the deployment of North Korean troops to Russia, potentially to be used in Ukraine. They strongly condemned increased military cooperation between North Korea and Russia, particularly the unlawful procurement of North Korean ballistic missiles. The ministers are deeply concerned about the transfer of nuclear or ballistic missile-related technology to North Korea and are planning a coordinated response to this development.
