Israeli forces have struck the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, killing at least 22 people, including women and children. The Israeli military has issued evacuation orders for residents in the area, citing escalating violence. Meanwhile, the World Food Programme has warned that food aid has been severed in northern Gaza since October 1, and its supplies are depleting.
