Grenada's Prime Minister, Dickon Mitchell, expressed gratitude for the country's relations with China and expressed a desire for further cooperation. During a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Mitchell reaffirmed Grenada's commitment to the One-China principle and the importance of respecting China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Xi Jinping pledged continued assistance for the economic and social development of Caribbean countries.
