Hamas' commander Zahi Yaser Oufi and seven other fighters were reportedly killed in an Israeli strike in the West Bank city of Tulkarm. Oufi was head of Hamas' network in Tulkarm, according to the Israeli military's statement. The news was confirmed by Hamas' armed wing al-Qassam Brigades on Friday.
