💨 Abstract
Hamas refuted claims by Israel that a Yazidi woman was secretly freed from Gaza in an operation with the US and Iraq. The woman, Fawzia Sido, allegedly never been abducted or sold, but instead left Gaza legally after her Palestinian husband was killed during the Israeli military offensive. She had initially moved to Gaza years ago, after her husband died fighting with Syrian opposition forces.
