A Hefazat-e-Islam leader in Bangladesh has denied that they are against Hindus or ISKCON, stating that some ISKCON members attacked a Muslim shopkeeper in Chittagong and incited conflicts. Hefazat-e-Islam has taken responsibility for preventing further conflicts and demanding justice for the Muslim shopkeeper. ISKCON has denied the allegation and stated that misleading information is being spread regarding their organization.
