Hezbollah's deputy secretary general, Naim Qassem, has stated that his group has adopted a new strategy to inflict damage on Israel, while simultaneously calling for a ceasefire. He threatened that more Israeli civilians will be displaced if the conflict continues. Qassem emphasized that Hezbollah has the right to attack anywhere in Israel, targeting military centers and barracks.
