During the Gaza conflict before the October 10 ceasefire, Israel used M113 Armoured Personnel Carriers packed with explosives to demolish buildings. These vehicles, typically used for transporting troops, were repurposed to carry 1 to 3 tons of explosives, causing extensive damage in Gaza City. Residents like Hesham Mohammad Badawi reported sudden demolitions without warnings, leaving many homeless.
