Approximately 374 Hilton hotel workers in Seattle are staging a week-long strike, demanding higher wages, fair staffing, reduced workloads, and the restoration of COVID-19 era cuts, as announced by the Unite Here union on Saturday. The strike at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport and Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center will persist until October 19.
