💨 Abstract
India urged developed countries at the UN climate talks in Baku to become net-zero by 2030, increase public climate finance, remove barriers to technology transfer, and avoid unfair trade measures. India's environment secretary highlighted the need for affordable, adaptable, and relevant technology for developing countries to achieve a low-carbon future. Developing countries need financial support worth trillions of dollars for clean energy projects and climate adaptation.
