💨 Abstract
India is actively engaging both Russia and Ukraine to expedite an end to the conflict and initiate serious negotiations, according to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. He believes that wars are not the solution and that a peace negotiation including both parties is necessary. India has been having conversations with both governments and sharing these discussions with the other side. The minister also mentioned India's positive historical relationship with Russia and the economic complementarities between the two countries.
