💨 Abstract
The Indian government is closely following the case of Nimisha Priya, a Kerala nurse sentenced to death in Yemen, and is providing all possible assistance. Nimisha had been working in private hospitals in Yemen and was assisted by a man named Mahdi to set up her clinic. However, Mahdi later manipulated the ownership documents of the clinic and harassed Nimisha, seizing her passport to prevent her from leaving Yemen.
