💨 Abstract
Representative Michael McCaul has urged President Joe Biden to expedite weapons shipments to Israel, particularly 2000-pound bombs held up due to human rights concerns. McCaul, in a letter to Biden, also pointed out more than 10 other planned weapons sales to Israel that have been delayed for over four months. The request comes amidst global concerns about a potential Middle East war. The White House has yet to respond.
