💨 Abstract
Iran will hold talks in Istanbul with European countries (Britain, France, and Germany, known as the E3) on Friday to discuss the 2015 nuclear deal. This comes ahead of a fifth round of U.S.-Iranian negotiations. The E3 initially postponed talks due to concerns about parallel negotiations but decided to proceed to maintain dialogue and clarify the parameters of a new deal. Iran aims to assess the E3's stance on potential U.N. sanctions.
