Iran has proposed capping its stock of uranium enriched up to 60% purity to avoid a resolution against it at the U.N. nuclear watchdog's board meeting. The offer is conditional on the West abandoning its push for a resolution due to Iran's lack of cooperation with the IAEA. The Western powers are continuing with the push.
