Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been moved to a secure location within the country, with increased security measures. This follows Israel's announcement of killing Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah in a strike on south Beirut, and Iran is in contact with Hezbollah and other regional groups to determine their response.
