Ireland's centre-right parties Fianna Fail and Fine Gael, along with nine independent lawmakers, have reached an agreement to form a new coalition government with a "comfortable majority" of 95 seats, exceeding the 87 needed to govern. A draft program for government will be distributed to the lawmakers who have agreed to support the new government.
