💨 Abstract
An agreement was struck between Israel and Hamas to end the conflict in Gaza and release Israeli hostages held captive for over a year. The first group of 33 hostages, consisting of children, women, men over 50, the wounded, and sick, are expected to be returned to Israel in stages over the next six weeks. However, the fate of the remaining 65 hostages is still uncertain, with doubts regarding the survival of some of them.
