Nine suspects were arrested in Israel for possession of illegal weapons and shooting firearms, as part of an emergency operation in the Negev Bedouin town Ar’arat an-Naqab. Ammunition, weapons, and cash suspected to be obtained through criminal offenses were seized. The Israel Electric Corporation also disconnected eight connections found to be illegally consuming electricity.
