Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip on Monday killed at least 10 Palestinians, including four children, while heavy rains flooded displaced residents' tent encampments. The strikes targeted a school sheltering displaced Palestinians and a house in Deir Al-Balah, where a million people have taken shelter. Hamas' armed wing claimed it attacked an Israeli supply line with anti-tank rockets and explosive devices.
