Israel bombed Houthi targets in Yemen on Sunday in response to missile attacks over the past two days. The strikes killed at least four people and wounded 29, according to the Houthi-run Health Ministry. Israel's military said it attacked power plants and a sea port in Hodeidah and Ras Issa, marking the second such Israeli attack on Yemen in two months.
