Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a precision strike in Beirut, eliminating senior Hezbollah intelligence officer Hassan Khalil Yassin. Yassin was responsible for identifying civilian and military targets near Israel's border and planning attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers. Meanwhile, Lebanon launched rockets into Israeli territory following the assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.
