đź’¨ Abstract
Italy has started processing migrants in Albania under a deal aimed at deterring irregular arrivals to Italy. The plan, criticized by rights groups, involves building two reception centers in Albania and sending non-vulnerable men from safe countries to these centers. The first group of 16 migrants from Bangladesh and Egypt was processed in Shengjin on Wednesday.
