Japan's incoming Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba will announce key party posts on Monday, followed by a new Cabinet on Tuesday. Ishiba has picked two rival candidates, Katsunobu Kato as finance minister and Yoshimasa Hayashi to stay on as chief cabinet secretary. Ishiba, a monetary policy hawk, has also appointed Takeshi Iwaya as foreign minister and Gen Nakatani to the defense ministry.
