Vice President Kamala Harris, who lost the U.S. presidential election to Donald Trump, will address her supporters at Howard University on Wednesday afternoon, according to her campaign and the White House. Harris has 224 electoral college votes, while Trump has 277. The races in Arizona and Michigan are still undecided. Harris has not been seen in public since election results started coming in on Wednesday night.
