💨 Abstract
A large fire broke out in a shopping center's basement in Karachi, Pakistan, on Tuesday, destroying nine vehicles. The fire, caused by a short circuit, took three hours to control with the help of 10 fire tenders. The rapid spread was due to shopkeepers storing used clothes in bags within the basement. The building lacked fire extinguishers, and the operation was hindered by protests and inadequate water access.
