💨 Abstract

The first convoy of the Flour for Humanity Program, a joint initiative by the Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), was dispatched from Jordan to Gaza on January 17, carrying 200 tons of wheat flour to alleviate critical food shortages.
