Kenya sent over 200 police officers to Haiti on Saturday to support an understaffed security mission aimed at tackling rampant gang violence, which has displaced over a million people in Haiti. This is part of a UN-backed anti-gang force, with 10 countries having pledged over 3,100 troops, but few have deployed so far.
