At a U.N. meeting in Geneva, states accused Israel of repeating its Gaza methods in Lebanon with catastrophic consequences. Over 1,000 people have been killed and a million have fled their homes in recent Israel military actions against Hezbollah in Lebanon. Israel denies targeting civilians, accusing Hezbollah of hiding among them.
